User Data Deletion
You can have every piece of data that kapa holds about you erased. There are two steps — step 1 stops kapa from accessing your account immediately, step 2 removes what we already stored.
The moment you do this, Meta invalidates our access token and kapa can no longer read or write anything on that account.

We use these details only to locate your records and confirm the request came from you; they are deleted together with the rest of your data once the request is completed.
We acknowledge the request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email. Encrypted backups are rotated out on a rolling 30-day cycle, so residual copies disappear within the same window.
We retain only what the law requires us to keep — for example minimal transaction or abuse records where a statutory retention period applies. Such records are kept isolated, are not used for any other purpose, and are erased when the retention period ends. Content you already published to Facebook, Instagram or Threads lives on Meta's platform, not ours: delete it in the respective app, or ask Meta directly.
Mention it in the same email and we will remove the account itself along with all associated data. This is irreversible.
删除用户数据（中文）
你可以要求删除 kapa 持有的关于你的全部数据。分两步：第一步立即切断访问，第二步清除已存储的数据。
Facebook：设置与隐私 → 设置 → 应用和网站，找到 kapa → 移除。
Instagram：设置和隐私 → 网站权限 → 应用和网站，找到 kapa → 移除。
Threads：设置 → 账号 → 网站权限，移除 kapa。
解除的瞬间，Meta 即作废我们的访问令牌，kapa 再也无法读写该账号的任何内容。

Data deletion request，正文注明你在 kapa 使用的 Facebook / Instagram / Threads 用户名或账号 ID
（如与之不同，另附注册邮箱）。这些信息仅用于定位记录、核实请求来自本人，处理完成后与其余数据一并删除。
Meta 签发的访问令牌与刷新令牌；你的账号标识、昵称、用户名、头像地址；关联的主页与 Instagram 专业账号列表； 你在 kapa 内创建、定时或草稿的内容及其媒体文件；我们为你的内容缓存的统计数据。
72 小时内确认收到，30 天内完成删除并邮件告知。加密备份按 30 天滚动轮换， 残留副本在同一周期内自然消失。
仅保留法律法规强制要求留存的最小记录（如存在法定保存期的交易或滥用记录），这类记录隔离存放、不作他用， 保存期届满即删除。已经发布到 Facebook / Instagram / Threads 的内容存放在 Meta 平台而非我们这里， 请在对应 App 内删除，或直接联系 Meta。
在同一封邮件中说明即可，我们会连同账号本身一并删除。此操作不可撤销。
