Terms of Service
By using kapa (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, whichever is higher.
kapa lets you connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to administer, and then create, schedule, publish and review your own content on those accounts through the official Meta Platforms APIs.
You may not use the Service to: publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing content; send spam or engage in artificial or inauthentic engagement; impersonate any person or entity; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other users' data; interfere with or overload our infrastructure; or circumvent rate limits or any technical restriction imposed by us or by Meta.
Use of the Service is also subject to the terms of the platforms you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and the Facebook, Instagram and Threads Terms of Use. Where those terms conflict with these Terms in respect of platform data, the platform's terms prevail.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Deletion is described in the Data Deletion Instructions.
You keep all rights to the content you create. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to store, process and transmit that content in order to perform the actions you request. The Service itself, its software and its branding remain our property.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time, and functionality may change or break when Meta changes its APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, profits, revenue, or for any action taken by Meta against your accounts, including restriction, suspension or removal. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law or by a platform provider.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the application before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

使用 kapa（以下称"本服务"）即表示你接受本条款；不接受则请勿使用。 使用者须年满 13 周岁，或所在国家/地区规定的更高最低年龄。
本服务允许你连接自己拥有或获授权管理的社交账号，并通过 Meta 官方接口创建、定时、发布和查看你自己的内容。
妥善保管账号凭据，并对账号下的一切操作负责；确保你连接的每个账号均为本人所有或已获所有者授权； 对你通过本服务发布的内容及其合法合规性独立承担责任。
不得利用本服务发布违法、侵权、欺诈、仇恨或骚扰内容；不得发送垃圾信息或从事虚假互动；不得冒充他人； 不得试图未授权访问本服务或他人数据；不得干扰或过载我们的基础设施；不得规避我们或 Meta 设置的频率限制与技术限制。
你同时须遵守所连接平台的规则，包括 Meta 平台条款、Meta 开发者政策及 Facebook / Instagram / Threads 使用条款。 就平台数据而言，如与本条款冲突，以平台条款为准。
个人数据的处理见隐私政策，删除方式见数据删除说明，二者均构成本条款的一部分。
你保留自己所创作内容的全部权利，仅授予我们为执行你所请求的操作而必需的、有限的非独占许可（存储、处理、传输）。 本服务本身及其软件与品牌标识归我们所有。

本条款可能更新，页首"最近更新"日期代表当前版本，重大变更会在应用内提前告知；变更后继续使用即视为接受。
